No-Bake Strawberry Cream Cheese and Yogurt Dessert
This is an easy no-bake dessert that can be served as a parfait or a popsicle. It uses condensed milk and the sweetness is reduced by folding in healthy greek yogurt.

Granola Layer
  1. Mix 2 cups of granola with 2 tbsp melted butter. Stir to coat.
Cream Cheese Layer
  1. In the large bowl of a mixer with paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Add the condensed milk, beat on high until fluffy about two minutes. Scraping the bowl occasionally.
  3. Add the container of greek yogurt and fold in to blend.
Strawberry Layer
  1. Wash, cull and slice fresh strawberries. Add two oz of vodka (optional) and stir to coat.
  1. Place 1/4 cup of granola in the bottom of each glass, top with 1/3 cup of cream cheese mixture, then 1/2 cup of strawberries.
  2. Divide up the remaining cream cheese mixtures (about 1/3 cup) and the remaining granola. (about 2 tbsp).
  3. Place the parfaits in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
Recipe Notes

These can be made into popsicles if you prefer.    I suggest making them smaller, using smaller plastic glasses and to serve dip in hot water to release.
