Moist Banana Bread Recipe with Coconut and Lime Glaze
This super moist easy banana bread recipe is delicious on its own, and even more special when you add the coconut and lime glaze to the top. Its my traditional recipe tried and true recipe from eons ago, that I gave a modern twist with the addition of a crunchy coconut topping and lime glaze.
Like apple pie, everyone seems to enjoy banana bread. I like to send goodies with Hubs to share with the crew that looks after his horses and they devour this banana bread. This coconut banana bread is a nice variation, the flavour is a bit sharper and the coconut adds texture.
